My camera skills have flowered and exploded. I find a photogenic scene
wherever I drive, but the trick is to capture it in time.
Every party is a costume party. The beduin goes wherever I go. I can't
stop wearing turbans to social events.
I don't think my sense of decency ever matched the norm, but It's now
farther than ever from society.
I can't find enough places to be naked in public, and I forget that
some of my photos are not appropriate for the Web.
I find it acceptable to speak to strangers.
This year, once again, my reality cheque bounced hard. Last year, the
Burn brought me from LA to the South Bay. My surroundings are no longer
valid and I want to vacate, but the directions are less clear than last
year.
My support group is growing. I am a member of the e-playa, and the
San Francisco community.
It took 3 weeks to heal my chapped fingers and feet.
